PIBBS Shipping, Delivery, Pricing & Product Appearance Disclaimer
All production, shipping, and delivery times are approximate only and are not guaranteed. Turnaround or lead time includes both production of the particular product and shipping and freight transportation. That time is determined at the time of the order by then-current production schedules, supplier demand, availability of materials and components, and shipping and carrier conditions. Those conditions can change without notice. We do not guarantee any specific lead time or delivery date.
Prior to placing an order, we recommend that you contact us to inquire about then-current production and shipping times for the particular product. Any time quoted in response to such an inquiry, whether given verbally, by email, or by mail, is an estimate only. It is not a commitment or a guarantee, and it may change before or after the order is placed.
Times may vary because of production schedules, labor conditions, carrier delays, customs processing, weather, inventory availability, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond our control. For drop shipments, packages or cartons may ship on different dates or at different times and from different warehouse locations. Some products, if applicable, may require assembly by the buyer upon delivery.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Vessel and import freight, shipping fees, duties, tariffs, taxes, and other charges remain the buyer’s sole responsibility.
We are not liable for delays, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, losses, costs, back-charges, or inconvenience arising from production or shipping delays, regardless of cause.
Actual product colors, including vinyl and laminate finishes, may vary from what appears on your screen because of monitor or device settings, lighting, and dye-lot differences. We strongly recommend ordering a sample before your full order. Images may vary from the actual product.
By placing your order, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and accept these terms
