Mid Atlantic Beauty reserves the right to accept any order in whole or in part, or to reject it entirely. If accepted, you will receive:
• Order Confirmation Email – sent within 3 business days of submission, confirming receipt and cleared payment.
• Shipping Email – sent the same day the order is picked up and shipped.
• Invoice Email – sent after shipment with the final invoice attached.
Payment Methods & Policies
All orders must be paid in full unless a deposit arrangement is expressly agreed upon in writing. We accept major credit cards, personal or business checks, U.S. Postal Service (USPS) postal money orders, and wire transfers. The name on any credit card must match the purchaser’s name; otherwise, a completed Third-Party Authorization form with proper identification is required.
Money orders ONLY issued by the United States Postal Service (USPS) are accepted. These are treated as cash-equivalent payments. All other money orders (including those issued by banks or other financial institutions) are not accepted as cash and will instead be processed as checks, subject to the bank deposit and clearing process.

Items ordered in special colors, sizes, configurations, or any millwork, cabinetry, or custom-produced goods are made-to-order and subject to additional restrictions. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
For custom cabinetry or special-order items not shown in our current catalog or on midatlanticbeauty.com, Mid Atlantic Beauty will submit CAD drawings, sketches, or specifications for your review and written approval before materials are purchased or manufacturing begins. By approving and placing the order, you confirm that all dimensions, colors, laminates, features, and details have been reviewed and accepted.
Typical manufacturing time for custom goods is 8–14 weeks (or up to 12 weeks for millwork) after receipt of your signed approval. This timeline is an estimate only and may be affected by factors beyond our control. Once production has begun, the order cannot be changed or canceled. Changes requested after the 5-business-day approval window may incur additional charges. Deposits are non-refundable once material procurement or production starts.
Special-Order Payment and Cancellation
Special order and custom items must be paid in full at the time of ordering. These orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged for other products once accepted.
Delivery, Delays, and Ordering Rights
Mid Atlantic Beauty reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or delay any order (in whole or in part) due to unusually large order volume, supplier shortages, work stoppages, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Time of delivery is not of the essence. Under no circumstances will Mid Atlantic Beauty be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from delay, regardless of cause.

No Responsibility for Installation, Maintenance, Compatibility, or Codes

You are responsible for confirming that any product meets your specific requirements. Any advice provided by our staff is based solely on the information you supply at the time. Installation and or assembly of (KD) knock-down furniture, fixtures & equipment the responsibility of the buyer/purchaser.

You acquire no right, title, or interest in them. You may not reproduce, simulate, copy, or disclose any such proprietary information or materials to any third party. All information and materials are provided in confidence and solely for your internal use in connection with your purchase.
Terms and Conditions of Sales Order

If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. Failure or delay in enforcing any right does not constitute a waiver. Any waiver of one breach does not waive future breaches. No third party (except our affiliates, directors, employees, or representatives) has rights to enforce these terms.
